GENERAL TERMS OF USE
The offer and sale of products on this website are governed by these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Products purchased are sold directly by the label.
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale may be modified, particularly in light of any regulatory changes. The new General Terms and Conditions of Sale will apply from the date of their publication on this website. Furthermore, by placing an order on the website, each customer acknowledges having read these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
PRICES
1.1 - The prices of our products are indicated in Euros, inclusive of all taxes, but excluding processing and shipping fees.
1.2 - For orders shipped to countries other than mainland France, you are the importer of the product(s) in question. For all products shipped outside the European Union and French overseas departments and territories (DOM-TOM), the price will be automatically calculated excluding taxes on the invoice. Customs duties, local taxes, import duties, or state taxes may be applicable.
1.3 - All orders must be paid in Euros.
1.4 - Anonymous Label reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time the order is registered, subject to availability.
ORDER
By validating your order online, you unconditionally accept and agree to abide by these General Terms and Conditions of Sale in your dealings with Anonymous Label. If you disagree with any of the terms stated in these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, please do not confirm your order form for the purchase of products on the label's website. By submitting your order form, you confirm that you have read and accepted these General Terms and Conditions of Sale without reservation.
AVAILABILITY
Our product offers are subject to availability. Errors may occasionally occur, particularly in the case of simultaneous orders for the same product by multiple customers. If a product becomes unavailable after you have placed your order, we will inform you by email or telephone as soon as possible. The label accepts no liability in the event of stock shortages or product unavailability.
ORDER FINALIZATION
At any time, you can: Add products by clicking "Add to Cart," view selected products by clicking "Checkout or Cart," modify your selection by clicking "Update," or adjust the quantities as needed.
For each product selected on the website, a summary page will appear, displaying the item's photo, its colors and reference number, the quantity chosen, its unit price, and the total price of your order. Please carefully check the accuracy of your selection before confirming your order.
While every effort is made to ensure that the color and pattern of the products shown in the photos on the website accurately represent the original products, variations may occur, particularly due to limitations in color rendering depending on computer equipment. Therefore, Anonymous cannot be held responsible for any errors or inaccuracies in the photographs or graphic representations of the products displayed on the website.
If you have any questions about the products, you can, of course, contact Customer Service. Once completed, your order is sent directly for processing.
You have the option to create an account to save your billing and shipping information for future orders. You will be asked to create your own password for future use of this account. You agree, at your sole risk, to keep these credentials confidential and never share them with third parties. Consequently, any purchase made using these credentials will be considered to have been made by you.
DELIVERY
Products will be delivered to the delivery address indicated during the order process.
Shipments within France are made at a minimum via tracked letter or Colissimo.
Delivery costs are calculated automatically as soon as you finalize your purchases and appear in the total amount due. The amount depends on the products in your order, the delivery zone, and the service chosen.
Customs duties and other fees in the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.
Any defect or delivery delay exceeding 8 business days must be reported to our Customer Service department by email or telephone.
PAYMENT
You can choose between different payment methods:

- PayPal
For credit/debit card payments, the following cards are accepted: Visa, MasterCard, or American Express.
RETURNS
We do not offer exchanges. Within 14 days of your delivery, simply return your item in its original packaging. We will refund you upon receipt of the item (you will receive a notification email) within 10 days of its delivery date. You can then order the item that suits you, in a different size or color, for example.
SHIPPING THE ITEM(S)
Drop off your package at your nearest post office and ship it to the following address (return shipping costs are your responsibility):

YOU WILL BE REFUNDED!
Upon receipt of your package by our services, you will be refunded within 10 business days (typical processing time). The refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the order.
LIABILITY
The products offered comply with current French legislation. It is your responsibility to check with the local authorities in your country regarding the import or use of the products or services you intend to order.
DISPUTES
This contract is written in French and governed by French law. In the event of a legal dispute, only the French courts have jurisdiction.
PERSONAL INFORMATION
Anonymous Label is committed to not disclosing the information you provide to third parties. This information remains confidential. It will only be used by our internal departments to process your order, personalize communication, and tailor the cultural offerings reserved for Anonymous Label customers, particularly through the Label's newsletters to which you have subscribed based on your interests.
Therefore, and in accordance with the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978 (declaration number 1733208 v 0), you have the right to access, rectify, and object to the personal data concerning you. To do so, simply submit your request online or by mail, indicating your last name, first name, address, and, if possible, your reference number via the form.
