It is a collective created in 2015 by artists from Vitry including Diaf and Issa . The collective defines itself primarily as a hub for artistic creation and its members, all self-taught and versatile, are in turn rappers, beatmakers, singers or filmmakers.

The collective's first self-produced work is entitled “H-Nine (H9) Project”, a double concept album with 18 tracks and 18 music videos, split into two parts of 9 tracks each.
