HIS STORY
It all began in 1984. At just 11 years old, Papifredo, then known as "Fredosty," discovered rap on the grounds of La Chapelle, where the leading figures of the time were already making their mark. Graffiti, scratching, and B-Boy attitude punctuated daily life, and young Fredo, like so many others, emerged fascinated.
In 1989, he became passionate about rub-a-dub. He cut his teeth freestyling with his friends and recorded his first rhymes on cassette.
In 1992, his meeting with Tepa marked a turning point: Tepa introduced him to his brother, DJ Mysta D. This was the beginning of the D.Abuz adventure. Between studio sessions, concerts, music video shoots and radio freestyles, Fredo learned quickly and refined his style alongside Abuz MC.
