The offer and sale of products on this website are governed by these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Products purchased are sold directly by the label.
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale may be modified, particularly in light of any regulatory changes. The new General Terms and Conditions of Sale will apply from the date of their publication on this website. Furthermore, by placing an order on the website, each customer acknowledges having read these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
PRICES
1.1 - The prices of our products are indicated in Euros, inclusive of all taxes, but excluding processing and shipping costs.
1.2 - For orders shipped to a country other than mainland France, you are the importer of the product(s) in question. For all products shipped outside the European Union and French Overseas Departments and Territories (DOM-TOM), the price will be automatically calculated excluding taxes on the invoice. Customs duties, local taxes, import duties, or state taxes may be levied.
1.3 - All orders must be paid in Euros.
1.4 - Anonymous Label reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time the order is registered, subject to availability.
ORDER
By validating your order online, you unconditionally accept and agree to comply with these General Terms and Conditions of Sale in your dealings with Anonymous Label. If you disagree with any of the terms stated in these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, please do not confirm your order form for the purchase of products on the label's website. By submitting your order form, you confirm that you have read and accepted these General Terms and Conditions of Sale without reservation.
AVAILABILITY
Our product offers are subject to availability. Errors may exceptionally occur, particularly in the case of simultaneous orders for the same product by several customers. In the event that a product is unavailable after you have placed your order, we will inform you by email or telephone as soon as possible. The label accepts no responsibility in case of stock shortage or unavailability of products.
ORDER FINALIZATION
At any time, you can: add products by clicking on "Add to Cart" View the selected products by clicking on "Checkout or Cart", Modify your selection by clicking on "Update", or by adjusting the quantities as appropriate.
For each product selected on the website, a summary page will appear, displaying a photo of the item, its colors and reference number, the quantity chosen, its unit price, and the total price of your order. You must carefully check the accuracy of your selection before confirming your order.
While every effort is made to ensure that the color and pattern of the products shown in the photos on the website accurately represent the original products, variations may occur, particularly due to limitations in color rendering depending on computer equipment. Therefore, Anonymous cannot be held responsible for errors or inaccuracies in the photographs or graphic representations of the products displayed on the website.
If you have any questions about the products, you can, of course, contact Customer Service. Once completed, your order is sent directly for processing.
You have the option to create an account to save your billing and shipping information for future orders. You will be asked to create your own password for future use of this account. You agree, under your sole responsibility, to keep these login details confidential and never to share them with third parties. Consequently, any purchase made using these details will be deemed to have been made by you.
DELIVERY
Products will be delivered to the delivery address indicated during the ordering process.
Shipments within France are made at a minimum by tracked letter or Colissimo.
Delivery costs are calculated automatically as soon as you finalize your purchases and appear in the total amount due. The amount depends on the products in your order, the delivery zone, and the service chosen.
Customs duties and other fees in the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.
Any defect or delivery delay exceeding 8 business days must be reported to our Customer Service by email or telephone.
You must check the conformity of the goods upon delivery and indicate, if possible on the delivery slip, in the form of handwritten comments accompanied by your signature, any anomalies observed (open package, damaged product, etc.).
You must then contact Customer Service by phone.
PAYMENT
You can choose between different payment methods:

- PayPal
For credit/debit card payments, the accepted cards are: Visa, MasterCard, or American Express.
RETURNS
We do not offer exchanges in the traditional sense. Within 14 days of your delivery, simply return your item to us in its original packaging. We will issue a refund upon receipt of the item (you will receive an email notification) within 10 days of its delivery date. You can then order the item that suits you, perhaps in a different size or color.
SHIPPING THE ITEM(S):
Drop off your package at your nearest post office and ship it to the following address (return shipping costs are your responsibility):

YOU WILL BE REFUNDED!
Upon receipt of your package by our services, you will be refunded within 10 business days (this is the typical processing time). The refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the original order.
LIABILITY:
The products offered comply with current French legislation. It is your responsibility to check with the local authorities in your country regarding the import or use of the products or services you intend to order.
DISPUTES:
This contract is written in French and governed by French law. In the event of a legal dispute, only the French courts have jurisdiction.
PERSONAL INFORMATION
Anonymous Label undertakes not to disclose to third parties the information you provide. This information remains confidential. It will only be used by our internal departments for processing your order, personalizing communication, and tailoring the cultural offerings reserved for Anonymous Label customers, particularly through the Label's newsletters to which you have subscribed based on your interests. Consequently, and in accordance with the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978 (declaration number 1733208 v 0), you have the right to access, rectify, and object to the personal data concerning you. To do this, simply submit your request online or by mail, indicating your name, surname, address and, if possible, your reference number via the form.
